Otis was very friendly and accommodating host. The location is perfect for beach goers. Being a short walk from the beach saved us from the hassle of having to find and pay for parking at the beach everyday. The house itself was very cozy and well furnished, with a couple of little spots to hang out and relax. Loved the jacuzzi. I only have 2 cons. The beds in the guest room were uncomfortably firm and the driveway situation. It was a hassle pulling in and out of the driveway, as the house is on a busy street that curves and the gate is on a timer. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a great place! Otis is super responsive - he answered all questions I had within an hour. This is a very relaxing spot…it is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and just a short drive to most of the tourist spots in Fort Lauderdale or Lauderdale By The Sea. It was very clean and everything was in good repair. Otis provides everything you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, towels, beach towels, coolers, etc. There’s also a grill and hot tub for quiet evenings in. There are no hidden fees or requirements here. You don’t need to wash your sheets or towels like lots of other Airbnb’s or vrbo’s. We had a wonderful stay at Otis’ house. A great location near restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed hanging in the hot tub after dinner. It was a little tricky backing out of the driveway but not an issue. Would definitely stay again.
