Added this leather sofa that was in living room to the Florida room. Another white leather sofa was added to the living room. Black futon was moved into living room for more family seating.

 Verified Otis was very friendly and accommodating host. The location is perfect for beach goers. Being a short walk from the beach saved us from the hassle of having to find and pay for parking at the beach everyday. The house itself was very cozy and well furnished, with a couple of little spots to hang out and relax. Loved the jacuzzi. I only have 2 cons. The beds in the guest room were uncomfortably firm and the driveway situation. It was a hassle pulling in and out of the driveway, as the house is on a busy street that curves and the gate is on a timer. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

 Verified This is a great place! Otis is super responsive - he answered all questions I had within an hour. This is a very relaxing spot…it is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and just a short drive to most of the tourist spots in Fort Lauderdale or Lauderdale By The Sea. It was very clean and everything was in good repair. Otis provides everything you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, towels, beach towels, coolers, etc. There’s also a grill and hot tub for quiet evenings in. There are no hidden fees or requirements here. You don’t need to wash your sheets or towels like lots of other Airbnb’s or vrbo’s. Price is comparable to a room in one of the beachside hotels, except you get the whole house!Our family had a great time staying here and would happily do so again!
